How do I start the process?

Well you join by clicking on the membership tab below. You will then get a series of E-mails. One of which is an assessment request and then you will get your training ciriculum. This is voluntary. you only move forward at the pace you want to. Many just want to be apart of the organization and support the cause but not take on responsibility. That is fine we need support! But if you want more or to do more, this is the place to be.
